Wesatimes Refund & Exchange Policy

At Wesatimes, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help. Below are our policies for refunds, exchanges, and damaged/defective items.

1. Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Final sale items (marked "Non-Refundable") are not eligible for refunds.

How to Request a Refund
Contact our customer service at service@Wesatimes.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.

Ship the item(s) back to our warehouse within 7 days of approval.

Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

2. Exchange Policy
Do You Offer Exchanges?
Yes! If you’d like a different size, color, or style, we offer one free exchange per order within 14 days of delivery.

How to Request an Exchange
Email service@Wesatimes.com with your order number and desired exchange details.

We’ll provide a prepaid return label (for eligible exchanges) and instructions.

Once we receive your return, the new item will be shipped within 3-5 business days.

Note:

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested item is out of stock, we’ll offer a refund or alternative options.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective exchanges unless the error is ours.

3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at service@Wesatimes.com (include photos/videos as proof).

We’ll arrange a free return or replacement (based on stock availability).

If a replacement isn’t possible, a full refund (including shipping) will be issued.

Note:

We may require the defective item to be returned before processing a replacement/refund.

4. Important Notes
Return Address: Ship returns to our warehouse (provided upon approval). Unsolicited returns will not be accepted.

International Returns: Customers outside China are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees.

Lost/Missing Returns: We recommend using a tracked shipping method. Wesatimes is not liable for undelivered returns.
